Chief Executive Officer with over 18 years’ experience across the energy space in trading, power marketing, renewable procurement and data center infrastructure.

• John joined Quinbrook from Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) where he was Head of Renewables and Energy Procurement and oversaw AWS’s renewable power procurement efforts across the Americas. During his time at AWS John’s team set records for renewable energy procurement by a corporate in back to back years with 4GW+ in 2020 and 6GW+ in 2021. 
• Prior to his leadership role at AWS, John held commercial roles focused on global energy, renewable and infrastructure procurement at META (Facebook) as well as energy trading positions at Morgan Stanley and Shell Energy North America.  
• John has considerable experience in business development, renewables, carbon-free supply and energy trading across global markets. 
• John holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Chief Operating Officer with over 30 years’ experience across engineering, consulting and construction

• Daniel McNary, PE has 30+ years of professional engineering, consulting and construction experience delivering technically complex facilities and large data center campus environments.
• Daniel has led the delivery of over 25 million SF of data center and critical power/cooling supporting 2,000MW+ of IT load within enterprise, hyperscale, co-location and edge data centers. Daniel is a Professional Engineer (PE) and holds General Contracting licenses in multiple states.
• During his career, Daniel placed special focus on leading collaborative teams of architects, engineers, construction and operations professionals that together develop facility solutions to support the client’s IT & business strategies.
• Daniel’s teams that have driven the continuous improvement of energy usage within the data center, including leading the early adoption of large-scale mechanical strategies designed to drive PUE values to 1.2 and below.
• Daniel leads the operations and delivery capabilities focused on delivering high-quality digital infrastructure solutions to hyperscale customers who share Rowan’s commitment to sustainability.
